Refund Policy

This policy covers refund and cancellation requests for BattleWise Plus subscriptions.
BattleWise Plus is billed monthly at $4.99 through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month until cancelled.
Refund requests made within 7 days of a charge are eligible for a full refund of that charge. After 7 days, refund requests are reviewed individually and granted at our discretion based on the circumstances.
Email support@battlewise.app with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
You can cancel your BattleWise Plus subscription at any time through the billing portal on your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your Plus access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a request as described above.
